XOROS Home works with numerous manufacturers who have developed equipment specifically for the requirements of the home office. We help you to design your desired equipment ergonomically and healthily. We also support you with numerous service offers and content on our community platform on the topics of "healthy and ergonomic sitting", "mentally strong in the home office", "virtual leadership and health", "moving breaks in the home office" and much more.

The employer deducts the monthly instalment (minus the employer's allowance) from the pay.

At the end of the term, we offer you your favourite equipment for purchase (residual value).
Alternatively, we actively take care of secondary recycling and thus make a contribution to the environment.

Yes, we offer a "Flex Option". With this option, you can cancel early after the minimum term has expired.

Pass on your equipment to colleagues with a staff contract or buy out your equipment at the residual value. If you choose our "Flex option", the instalments are slightly higher for the first 48 months, but lower for the following months. This has the advantage that you can quickly reduce the residual value of your equipment. So if you should leave your company unexpectedly, a good part of the purchase price is already paid off.

If your employer has terminated the employment relationship, they will take care of the further use. Another option: Ask your new employer if they will pay the monthly instalment.
