Cynthia ha apoyado a XOROS Home desde su fundaci\u00f3n y sigue motiv\u00e1ndonos para impulsar nuestro modelo de negocio y nuestra visi\u00f3n.<\/p>

Cynthia es una experimentada ejecutiva internacional especializada en impulsar y ampliar el impacto social. Su trayectoria incluye nueve a\u00f1os en el Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial. Se incorpor\u00f3 al Grupo Adecco en 2017, donde fund\u00f3 la entonces Fundaci\u00f3n del Grupo Adecco (rebautizada como Fundaci\u00f3n para la Innovaci\u00f3n en diciembre de 2021).<\/p>

Cynthia ha formado parte de varias juntas directivas y consejos asesores de organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro y tambi\u00e9n asesora a empresas de nueva creaci\u00f3n. Tiene un m\u00e1ster en Gesti\u00f3n de ONG por la London School of Economics y una doble licenciatura (con honores) en Estudios Asi\u00e1ticos e Ingl\u00e9s\/Literatura por la Universidad de Puget Sound.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Stefan es Director de Instituto en el Instituto Fraunhofer de Ingenier\u00eda Industrial IAO, donde es responsable del \u00e1rea de investigaci\u00f3n de desarrollo organizativo y dise\u00f1o del trabajo. Lleva m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada investigando y supervisando la evoluci\u00f3n del trabajo de oficina y del conocimiento. Stefan es coautor y coeditor de numerosas publicaciones como Arbeitswelten 4.0, Faszination Coworking, Corporate Innovationlabs y, m\u00e1s recientemente, \"Connected Work Innovation Hub\".<\/p>
