Cynthia Hansen
Managing Director, Innovation Foundation
Cynthia has supported XOROS Home since its inception and continues to motivate us to drive our business model and vision forward.
Cynthia is an internationally experienced executive specialising in driving and scaling social impact. Her experience includes nine years at the World Economic Forum. She joined the Adecco Group in 2017, where she started what was at that time the Adecco Group Foundation (rebranded as the Innovation Foundation in December 2021).
Cynthia has served on a number of non-profit boards and advisory panels and also advises start-up ventures. She holds an MSc in Management of NGOs from the London School of Economics and a double BA (Hons) in Asian Studies and English/Literature from the University of Puget Sound.

Dr Stefan Rief
Institute Director, Fraunhofer Institute for Work Organisation
Stefan supports us with his scientific and practical expertise on the future of work and is available to us with his large network.
Stefan is Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO, where he is responsible for the research area of organisational development and work design. He has been researching and accompanying developments in office and knowledge work for over a decade. Stefan is co-author and co-editor of numerous publications such as Arbeitswelten 4.0, Faszination Coworking, Corporate Innovationlabs and most recently "Connected Work Innovation Hub".
At the universities of Stuttgart and Hanover, Stefan is a lecturer in office work design.
