According to a survey of 1,000 employees by Civey and Cisco, more than three quarters of Germans would like to continue working hybrid even after the end of the corona-related home office obligation.
Specifically, 76% would like to work from home for at least one day. Only 16% would like to return to the office completely. Employees appreciate the greater flexibility of a home office: working at one's own pace, regardless of location, is the most important advantage.
However, with the right mix of culture and technology, employers can enable true hybrid work and thus retain their employees and become more attractive to talent.
